Description
- Prick the unbaked pastry case with a fork.
- Cover with baking paper then fill with a layer of Tala baking beans.
- Pack the beans against the sides as this is where shrinkage is most likely to occur.
- After baking and when beans have cooled, remove and hand wash in soapy water.
- Dry and return beans to handy storage container.
- Contents cover up to 32cm / 13″ flan tin.
