The BLACK+DECKER belt sander is an innovative and well designed heavy duty belt sander with a powerful 720W motor making it ideal for sanding large areas such as floor boards, decking and completing other tasks that require greater stock removal. The bump stop facility at the front of the hood prevents damage to other surfaces perpendicular to the area being sanded. The retractable hood can be used to sand hard to reach areas, contours and for filing applications. The sander is supplied with a cyclonic action dust canister for a cleaner working environment within the house. The angled belt design with a smaller front roller that enables you to sand three times as close to the edge of two adjoining surfaces.
